Our Company
Badgematic Button GmbH is one of the leading button manufacturers in Europe. The company was founded in 1985 in Bochum, in the center of the Ruhr District. 

Our Staff
Many of our staff members have already been acting for us for many years. Their expertise, engagement and flexibility enable us to produce technical high-quality products and anyway react flexibly on our customer`s wishes.

Our Products
Since more than 25 years our company has been specializing in producing and distributing badge making machines, button sets and ready made button badges.
Our badge making machines are made of high-quality materials such as die casting, processed steel and aluminium. These materials guarantee - even under extreme conditions - a long-year usage without problems. Also regarding the production of button sets and ready made button badges we have set high standards concerning the qualtity of the applied materials.

Amongst others we use tin plate and foils of polyester for our buttons. The materials are ecologically compatible. We guarentee 1st-class-products. Because as the manufacturer we also control the production of the raw material.
Therefor we can meet high quality standards and live out our love to detail.
One example: Our buttons have a safety pin fixed in the upper third and not in the middle. This way we make sure that the button will fit perfectly with its design parallel to the safety pin and that it will not tilt.

Our customers come from Germany as well as from abroad. Many of them are nameable advertising agencies, associations, institutions, organizations and so on. A lot of them have already been working together with us successfully for many years.

Our Company History
In the 1970`s the popularity of the movie "Grease" brought Alfons de Kock his first big button order and Badgematic B.V Niederlande was founded. In the following years the company did not only concentrate on the production of ready made button badges, but also on the manufacturing and distributing of badge making machines and button sets.
10 years later a distribution partner in Germany was searched for - and finally found in person of Gerd Pohlschmidt.
The foundation of Badgematic Button GmbH in 1985 was the beginning of a long-year successful partnership. Today Badgematic with its executives Gerd Pohlschmidt and Jutta Hampe has taken over the biggest part of the production in addition to the distribution of badge making machines and buttons sets.
