Payment Options

We offer you the following payment options:

• advanced payment
• cash on delivery
• credit cards
• PayPal
• purchase on account

Through our customer`s login you can always check if we have received your payment yet and inform yourself about the processing status of your order.

Advanced payment

You receive an order confirmation from us with email including all important information like your order number and our bank dates. The ordered parts will be sent out to you as soon as we have received your payment on our account.

It is absolutely necessary that your name is given and that you note your order number in the reference line. This will make it easier for us to attatch your payment.

If we do not receive your payment within 15 days after receipt of order we act on the assumption that you are not interested in the goods anymore. We will cancel your order then.

Cash on delivery

If you choose this payment option the invoiced amount must be paid when the delivery takes place. That means: You pay the amount cash to the DPD driver at your door.
Additional to the transport costs there are extra fees for a payment cash on delivery. For a parcel up to 31,5 kg these fees are 8,50 Euro net. (10,12 Euro including 19% VAT).

A payment cash on delivery is only possible within Germany.

Credit card

If you pay by credit card the payable amount will be reserved on your card when you place your order and will be charged when we ship the goods. For the payment you need your card no., its expiration date, possibly the name printed on it and the check digit of the card. The check digit is a safety function specially used by credit card companies to make sure that the credit card is really physically on hand when you place the order.
We accept VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard, the check digit consists of 3 numbers printed on the backside of the card.

The credit card information (credit card no., expiration date, etc.) are automatically forwarded by an encoded safety system to ipayment. Neither Badgmatic.de nor any other third party can access to these information. Even for refunds there are not your complete credit card information viewable. For this reason a refund is only possible for the card, which has originally been used for the purchase.

Paypal

Through Pay Pal you can pay easily, quickly and safely at us and many other sellers on the internet.

You have a PayPal account already?
During the payment processing you are forwarded to a Pay Pal Site. After the payment is made you can just follow the button which will lead you back to Badgematic.de.
Depending on the deposited payment option we usually receive a payment confirmation immediately. We are able to send the parts out to you without any delay then. 

You do not have a Pay Pal account yet?
To ensure a processing without any difficulties you should, before you place your order, open a Pay Pal account. Therefor just enter www.paypal.com and follow the given instructions.

Purchase on account

You have the possibility to receive an invoice for the ordered articles, payable after receipt of goods.
This payment option is not directly available because it has to be activated from us before your first order.
After you have opened an account at our Online-Shop please contact us by phone: +49(0)234 29 36 99. We gladly inform you about the requirements for the activation.

Basically we reserve our right to exclude a purchase on account and to suggest another payment option.
