Do I have to pay the 19% VAT even if I order from abroad?

Under the following conditions we do not charge the VAT:

  • The delivery and invoice address is outside of Germany in another member state of the european union (EU)
    AND
  • The commercial receipient of the invoice declares his valid Value Added Tax Number during the registration at the Online Shop.

If these conditions apply to you the value of goods will be reduced by the german value added tax after registration.

What will happen when a product is not deliverable?

If we are not able to deliver an ordered article you will be informed about that by email. As soon as this article is deliverable again we will supply it later without charging additional transport costs.

No, sorry. This is not possible.

Which curier do you send with?

What you order from us will be delivered by the German Parcel Service (DPD). Parcels up to 31,5 kg will be shipped by DPD, very small or very voluminous sendings will alternatively be shipped with post or a forwarding agent.

How quickly will the ordered articles be delivered within Germany?

We handle your order as soon as possible. Depending on the time your order comes in and depending on the condition of payment, products we have on stock leave our premises on the same day, latest on the next working day after income of order or rather receipt of payment. This way you should receive your consignment generally 3-4 working days after income of order or rather receipt of payment.

Is an express delivery possible?

Yes, we offer this service for a delivery within Germany. An express delivery guaranees that you will receive your order on the next working day (Monday-Friday). Your order has to to be concerning stock articles and has to reach us until 11 a.m. online or by FAX. Additionally you have to advise your order by phone. Alternatively you can call us directly and place your express-order.

How long does a delivery to foreign countries take?

We handle your order as soon as possible. Products we have on stock can generally be shipped to other european countries within 24 hours after receipt of order or rather receipt of payment. For parcel shipped by DPD you can check the delivery time in the overview Charges for a shipping by DPD within Europe. If you can not find your country in our overview of shipping costs please contact us directly. We gladly inform you about delivery time and charges for shipping.

What will happen if I am not at home when the courier tries to deliver the parcel?

The DPD driver tries to deliver the parcel 3 times. If you are not at home the driver will leave you a message in your letterbox (already after the first try). You can arrange a new delivery with the help of the number printed on the card – within Germany even online at www.neuzustellung.de.

Can I follow the status of my consignment online?

If the parts are shipped by DPD you can follow the status of delivery one days after shipment at DPD. Therefor please enter the tracking no. (which we told you in our shipping note) at www.dpd.net. It is not possible to check the status of your consignment when the parts are sent by a forwarding agent or in an envelope by post.

We don`t have a salesroom but anyway you have the possibility to pick up the goods from us after scheduling an appointment.

What shall I do if I don`t like the delivered goods or if they are defective?

You want to send back the goods? No problem. Goods which were not produced concerning customer`s specifications can be returned in the context of our return policy within 30 days, if you are an endconsumer. The easiest way is to turn to us directly. We will agree further actions and a pick up form you with you together. Of course you will receive your money back. Please don`t send the goods back to us carriage forward. It is more confident for you and of lower costs for us if we commission our courier to pick the goods up from you again..

What is a SSL (secure socket layer)?

Badgematic.de needs your personal data for different processes. During the process of the log in to your customer`s account sensible data have to be transferred to our server. These data may not get into the wrong hands, therefore we encode them with SSL (secure socket layer). At the moment this is the most common and safest method of data transfer on the internet.

Through the usage of SSL your data are encoded before they are transfered to the Badgematic-Sever so that no third party is able to reconstruct them. By using this method we ensure that the data will only be sent to the server which has requested these data. When the data finally and safely reach the Badgematic server there is a check-up if they are complete and unchanged.

If we export goods to another member state of the european union we do not charge the value added tax (tax-exempt intra-Community supply) if the commercial receipient in the destination country takes care for the taxation of the turnover with the tax rate of the destination country.
